As the year closes, we look on a pretty grim music world: Coldplay just released their Christmas song, the terrible “Dirty Bit” sits at number 3 on iTunes, and Miley Cyrus is doing, erm, questionable things on camera. BUT, it’s important to cherish the musical gold we’ve had this year, and there has been plenty.

The Vibram FiveFingers shoes, also known as “barefoot” shoes, improve body mechanics by letting the foot work the way it should and not the way it does in a shoe. The advantages include improved balance, agility and grip. They may look funky, but they are awesome.
