Sarah Pelmas: Well, funny thing is, when I took a year off after I had my son, I learned that I was completely replaceable, which is something you do and don’t want to know. When you leave a place, one side of you wants it to stay strong, and the other wants it to fall apart without you (hee hee). But I think UHS is in a great place. I like that
